I help businesses and professionals manage their accounting, financial and administrative tasks, ensuring appropriate internal control and risk management. To do this, I combine more than 10 years of experience as a business process internal auditor with four years as an external auditor of annual accounts. That experience has taught me to work with a preventive mindset: I anticipate where manual errors occur, organise and document information so it is traceable, and apply simple controls that prevent problems before they arise. For an administration and finance team, that means fewer issues, smoother financial closes and less stressful audits.
